On a Roll

When I first started riding in support of BORP, I remember learning that children who participate in adaptive athletics are more likely to go to college and more likely to be employed as adults.
Fast-forward 17 years, and a certain young man is about to graduate from college. He is looking for a job at which he can support civil rights, good governance, or the court system. And another BORP cyclist is getting ready to move into his accessible dorm room.
Rather than saddling up this year, I'm supporting the Rev by leading a group of volunteers—and, of course, by fundraising. Will you join me in supporting the Bay Area's leading adaptive athletics organization? We help everyone play sports from basketball to pickleball, engage in pursuits from climbing to kayaking, and access virtual or in-person fitness. And we won't stop until everyone in the Bay Area has access to adaptive sports and recreation.
